Step 01
Place Your Order
Order your scan service directly in our shop.
Choose your format: 35mm or 120, Color or B&W.
Select the number of rolls, and let us know if you need any push/pull processing.
Go to your cart. Here you can also add special instructions or notes for your rolls.
To continue, please create an account or log in — this gives you 24/7 access to your scans and lets you receive invoices. Please be patient the code takes a minute to be send to your mail (SPAM FOLDER?!)
Once everything looks good, proceed to checkout.

Create Your Account

Be patient: the confirmation code may take a minute to arrive in your email (and don’t forget to check your spam folder).
Once your account is set up, proceed to checkout.
Step 03
Checkout / Shipping
At checkout, enter your correct delivery and invoice address, as we use this to return your negatives.
Choose how to send us your film:
Drop-Off Hamburg (Free): Bring your rolls to us at Vorwerkstraße 12a, Karoviertel.
Standard DHL (2–3 business days): Available across Germany and Europe. Costs depend on your location.
DHL Express Next Day: Drop off or schedule pickup before 4 PM. Create your label online (printer required). Films arrive the next business day, scans follow immediately.
Good to know: DHL does not X-ray film, every shipment comes with a tracking number, and your parcel is sent as a return shipment via us, not as a private one.
Step 04
Pack Your Film
Carefully pack your film for delivery. We recommend a padded bubble mailer (Luftpolsterumschlag), but any packaging works as long as it fits:
Minimum size: 10 × 7 × 1 cm
Maximum size: 35.5 × 25 × 10 cm
Max. weight: 3 kg (up to 60 rolls – no problem)
Please use zip bags, especially for roll film, to protect your film from water damage.
⚠️ Most important: Write your order number on each roll. We cannot process any film without it.
Step 05
Delivery your film
Drop-Off at Our Lab
Swing by our lab at Vorwerkstraße 12a and ring the bell at WYNKEN & BLYNKEN. We’re available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to take care of your films.
For next-day turnaround, please drop off your film before 12:00 noon. Films dropped off later will be processed the next day.
Ship Your Film
If you selected shipping, you’ll receive a DHL shipping label with your confirmation email. Watch our video tutorial to create your label. Simply pack your film, attach the label (or use the QR code), and drop it off at any DHL shop.
For Express shipping, you can order a free pickup up to 1.5 hours before your desired pickup time.
Step 06
Film Processing & Scan Delivery
Once your film arrives at the lab, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
We start processing your order immediately according to our turnaround times:
Films received before 12:00 PM will be uploaded by 6:00 PM the next business day.
Films received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
As soon as your scans are ready, you’ll receive a Frame.io link via email. Your files will be available for download for 90 days. You can also access your scans anytime in your account under Order History.
Step 07
Negatives Return
If you selected return shipping, we’ll send your negatives back to your delivery address. You’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If not, we’ll store your negatives safely for you — no stress.
Changed your mind later? No problem! You can request a return anytime within 90 days via your customer account.
